Performance Training

Volleyball is a sport of explosive power, speed, stamina, quick directional changes and fast reaction time. Dallas Starlings Training Academy has partnered with at to develop the the BEST volleyball strength and conditioning program in North Texas.

Athletes will train two times per week, sixty minutes per session for four weeks. gym is fully equipped with barbells, bumper plates, weightlifting rigs, plyometric box, sleds, pull-up bars, Airdyne bikes, glute/hamstring developers (GHD) and much, much more! The primary focus of the program is to increase overall strength, improve explosive movements, train quick directional change through improving acceleration and deceleration, and decrease reaction time.

A linear weightlifting model will be used to achieve results as well as other accessory exercises. All movements can be modified to meet the athlete’s developmental level and allow the athlete to progress safely. Not only will Dallas Starlings Performance Training Program improve an athlete’s athletic abilities, it will also significantly reduce the risk of serious injury.
his program is designed for athletes 11 years and older.
